PROJECT MANAGER

Growing UST/AST contractor is seeking a Project Manager to work in the construction department. The successful candidate MUST have experience in Installing Underground Storage Tanks. Candidate must be highly organized, exhibit good communication skills, and have a team player attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:

-Manage multiple construction and installation projects, multiple states.
-Develop proposals and proposal submittals.
-Perform project bids, cost estimating and assist with negotiations.
-Read, understand, and ensure that specifications of contracts are met and identify changed work conditions and skillfully negotiate change orders.
-Develop and maintain strong relations with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and manage their activities.
-Understand job costing, specific job cost constraints and work with assigned superintendent to maintain costs within or below budget.
-Review and process submittals and shop drawings.
-Prepare schedules, Gant charts, Critical path bar graphs.
-Interface with clients.
-Provide reports and schedules
-Coordinate and schedule service, construction, compliance and parts department contract requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

-Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, and   construction/Scheduling software
-Able to work a flexible work schedule. Occasional nights, and weekends. Travel will be required.
-Experience with managing multiple construction projects.
-Expert knowledge of fuel system installation and regulations.
-ICC Certifications for UST Installation Retrofitting, UST Decommissioning.
