Look out! In the rush to remove mech disps and install elect disps because they didnt order new comps when we told them it would be an issue and now there is 2 month lead time. Have found Rubys will quit reporting the plus and the buffers fill up if program in epslite network. Tried reload, works for about 10 days and same issue. Also slows printer, printer unavailable error comes up, but will print after a fwe seconds. Reverted from latest version after having had no problems with numerous sites with earlier version, same issue. Reloaded one site and programmed no first network waiting to see if it stops reporting. Vsats and v900 not on site yet, we believe the issue is with plus having product codes. Ruby just cant settle something.Tried to remove first network at one site,would not allow sales, locked up at please wait after id and password entered.Tried to replace network, error gemstone terminal memory full. OOPPs. Reload! Dont know if anyone else has seen this, waiting to see if the site with no first netwok fails. Hope they get BP to install the vsat.

Had an issue like this and had to have the plu card reformatted by verifone. In EPSPAK the recommedation is set all plu's to product code "ZERO" and set all departments except fuel and bp card to 400. I have sites that have between 15-18k in plu's and they are having no problems. By the way fuel has to be product code 1,2 & 3 and bp card must be 533 with ruby. Also a hint that will save you a return call do not forget to set up the manual entry key. Good Luck!

Also in report config make sure the plu total configuration is set correctly. 1 is shift and 2 is day.

Thanks had someone else sugjest product codes to zero. Will check the other config info.
