Hi Everybody,


Maybe I've found a simple solution for full licensing Geoframe 4.2, 4.3...


Someone sent to this forum a full license file file for 4.2 version. (You can find it in my attachment)


This is a perfect working license file (till 2055) but it doesn't contain all of GF features. If you try running such modules, GF will send you a warning with the name of not licensed feature name. (!Remember this name!)

So I tried some tricks...(If you have expired license just set date to earlier year as root and it will be OK, but in this case it's not the point of view!)


Firstly I checked this file on version 4.3. It works! (Server name and license path should be modified!)


After that if you want to use a module which is absent from the lic file just edit the module's .elf executable file with some HEX editor and search for this text --> gf_XXXXXX. For example I had to run the BORNOR module but it isn't in the lic file. So I searched for 'gf_bornor' in bornor executable and I replaced it with for example 'gf_ressum' (RESSUM module is already licensed by the lic file!). The redundant character spaces may be edited with zeros (in hexa code). So after editing, saving and setting the relevant attributes I tried to run BORNOR module and it worked!!!


So let's try this simple and maybe silly solution!

then if you have full geoframe 4.3 pls share it if you can


also i have jewel suite with demo license can you extend it

Hi, everybody, i just have a question: is that Gf vertion for linux, if so, where can i find it, and additionally under what linux vertion it run, i mean ubuntu, fedora, etc?, thank in advance
